Returns Policy

Exchanges / Unwanted Returns Policy: 

  • All return claims must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • Prior Manager approval is required for all return claims.
  • Custom cut and non-stock products are NOT returnable.
  • All approved returns MUST be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Returned products MUST be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Products returned in any other condition will be rejected.
  • A return stock handling fee of 20% + gst will be charged if the return claim is approved.
  • All online Visa and Mastercard refunds will absorb all applicable transaction fees.
  • If a credit is to be provided, products will be credited at their purchased price.
  • Any freight charges for returned goods is at the customer's expense.


Shipping Errors Policy:
Whilst the utmost of care is taken when dispatching all orders, we do realise mistakes can sometimes be made and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

  • In the event of an incorrect product being supplied to the customer, Powermac will endeavour to exchange the incorrect product for the correct product within a timely manner.
  • All incorrect products received by the customer must be left unused and in their original condition and packaging, any products returned in any other condition will be not be accepted for a return/exchange and the customer will be liable for the cost of the incorrect product supplied.
  • Powermac will cover return freight expenses on all incorrectly supplied products.

 

Faulty Products Policy:

  • All products must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman / technician.
  • The fault has occurred within the product’s warranty period; the warranty period is listed within "Specifications" under each product.
  • An Invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.
  • All components relating to the product must be returned.
  • If a credit is provided, products will be credited at their purchased price.
  • Powermac will cover return freight expenses on all verified faulty products.
